📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor within the AMS space • Resolve incidents and manage problems • Efficiently deliver service requests • Develop SAP EWM solutions • Collaborate with functional, technical, and consulting teams • Oversee and deliver documentation to the highest standards • Provide colleague support, coaching, mentoring, development, and guidance • Work across multiple long-term clients, systems, industries, and configurations • Deliver customer change requests • Support modern supply chain solutions for global brands

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced within SAP EWM functionality and configuration • Valid UK driving licence • Comprehensive understanding of SAP EWM and its impact on business processes • Experience delivering customer change requests within a project or AMS environment • Deep understanding of core supply chain processes, including demand planning and supply • Expert in integrating with different and complex SAP modules • Previous Support Desk experience within an ITIL environment (desired) • Functional experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) (desired) • Experience in a SAP consulting environment (desired) • Experience with S/4HANA (desired)
