📋 Description

• Own one growth channel end to end or operate across multiple channels • Set strategy, launch campaigns, and take responsibility for results • Generate qualified leads and drive demo bookings through paid ads, SEO, outbound, referrals, and industry partnerships • Learn how property managers operate, their challenges, and software-switching motivations • Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers • Apply AI to research, copy, targeting, content production, and automation • Build and optimize funnels and landing pages from first impression to demo booking and paid customer • Collaborate directly with the founder on positioning and messaging • Track lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and pipeline contribution • Explain performance and identify what is working and why

🎯 Requirements

• Fast learner who can pick up new skills quickly • Hungry to become excellent at growth • AI-savvy and experienced with modern tools for testing ideas, automation, and faster execution • Resourceful and self-directed • Comfortable with data, attribution, and turning insight into action • Commercially focused on qualified demand and customers • Bonus: Hands-on experience with paid ads, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or partnerships • Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or marketing to property managers • English proficiency is requested in the application form
