📋 Description

• Lead clinical market development for Procalcitonin (PCT) and other innovative biomarkers • Increase awareness, acceptance and sustainable adoption of biomarkers through healthcare-professional engagement, clinical education and development activities • Support diagnosis and management of bacterial infections and sepsis • Contribute to antimicrobial stewardship initiatives and biomarker-guided clinical decision-making • Lead clinical account development across hospitals and healthcare institutions • Build relationships with clinicians, laboratory professionals and healthcare decision-makers • Identify clinical objectives and challenges and translate insights into targeted educational and development activities • Support implementation of biomarker-guided clinical pathways, hospital protocols and antimicrobial stewardship programs • Deliver clinical education through discussions, presentations and workshops • Analyze and prioritize accounts, identify stakeholders and develop account-specific strategies • Develop account strategies with leading IVD suppliers and support joint customer activities • Act as a scientific and clinical partner and drive market development • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing and other Commercial teams • Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific at relevant events and scientific congresses • Contribute to territory growth through clinical adoption and systematic account development • Maintain complete and up-to-date account and activity information in Salesforce (SFDC)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or a related scientific field • 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, diagnostics or a related environment • Experience engaging clinical users and healthcare decision-makers • Ability to understand and communicate scientific and clinical content • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and organizational capabilities • Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional matrix organization • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office • Valid driver’s license • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (>50%) • Fluent English communication skills required • Proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is a plus • Experience in in vitro diagnostics, biomarkers, Critical Care, Infectious Diseases, Emergency Medicine, sepsis or Antimicrobial Stewardship is an advantage • Advanced scientific or clinical degree is an advantage
