📋 Description

• own our strategic finance and corporate development agenda • identify, negotiate and close financing facilities • drive M&A analysis, including evaluation of potential manufacturing facility acquisitions • manage ongoing investor relationships and leverage the investor network proactively • build and maintain relationships with banks, lenders and alternative finance providers

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years in investment banking (M&A, infrastructure, or sustainable finance preferred) • one tour in a high-growth startup (Series A–C) • strong communicator - written and verbal; comfortable with founders, investors and blue-chip partners • self-directed: you take a problem, go away, and come back with a solution, not more questions • genuinely excited by the sustainability / materials space
