📋 Description

• Brainstorm ideas with stakeholders and help define early feature concepts • Express design vision through wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and functional prototypes when necessary • Present and explain design decisions in peer design review sessions • Collect feedback and iterate quickly • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate implementation according to Trading 212 quality standards • Base design decisions on analytics data and user feedback through usability testing • Evolve and maintain Trading 212’s design library • Integrate new tools and workflows into the design process • Work autonomously with full ownership of the work

🎯 Requirements

• Expert knowledge of user-centric design principles and methodologies • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and colour theory • Strong diagramming skills, including reducing complex user flows into clear flowcharts • Proven proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or other design tools • Excellent collaborative skills and ability to express ideas verbally and in writing • Extensive portfolio that can be shared • Eligibility to work in the selected location
