📋 Description

• Translate SME input and raw content into clear, structured instructional narratives • Design scenario-based learning and knowledge checks connected to real job performance • Write clear, purposeful video scripts suited to the audience • Adapt content and tone for international and multilingual contexts • Work independently across complex, multi-deliverable projects • Manage feedback and flag scope concerns to keep projects on track • Collaborate with PMs, UI/UX designers, and developers as part of an integrated team

🎯 Requirements

• Strong writing skills • Familiarity with Cognitive Load Theory and its application in learning design • Native-level proficiency or C1 in Norwegian • B2 proficiency in English • Ability to work independently across complex, multi-deliverable projects with minimal direction • Ability to manage feedback efficiently and proactively flag scope concerns • Ability to balance instructional design principles with practical client needs • Experience designing for technical or industrial audiences is a plus
