📋 Description

• Work alongside the Senior People Partner to fully embed the HRBP model • Build on existing frameworks with line manager training • Support development and roll-out of capability frameworks • Partner on people initiatives for organisational health and performance • Support delivery of people programmes • Pick up ER casework as and when required • Provide guidance on employee matters • Ensure processes remain compliant with employment law • Support creation of reporting dashboards for People Metrics • Support with core HR admin

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a People Partner or HRBP role, ideally within a fully-remote, fast-paced scale-up • Understanding and hands-on experience of embedding the HRBP model within a People Function • Comfortable leading or supporting on disciplinary and grievance investigations • Solid knowledge of UK employment law, HR policy and best practice • Confident advising and building relationships with managers and employees at all levels • A genuine interest in connecting people initiatives to wider business goals • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • Able to balance pragmatism with empathy and a strong sense of fairness • Experience working in a fully-remote environment, ideally within a scale-up moving towards a High Performance culture • CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified (or equivalent hands-on experience) • Experience using HRIS platforms and Google Workspace is a plus
