📋 Description

• Lead HR, talent acquisition, technical support, compliance and IT, finance, and partner with legal • Lead TryHackMe's internal AI transformation, identifying where AI can replace or accelerate operational work • Work with recruitment and department heads to attract, retain, and develop talent • Drive and enforce the company's performance-first culture • Own HR operations, EOR administration through Remote.com, and employee relations across a distributed, multi-country workforce • Partner with legal to reduce risk and escalate genuine exceptions • Own Vanta/SOC2 and the audit/ISO cycle end to end • Own IT operations, technical support, and access management across company tools • Own the finance function alongside a Financial Controller • Drive budgeting, hold teams accountable, and identify cost-saving opportunities • Report directly to the founder • Support scaling beyond $100M ARR in a scrappy but sustainable way

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years running HR and business operations, with experience working closely alongside finance • Experience owning IT operations and business systems, including access management, tooling, and vendor management • Startup/scale-up experience in fast-paced, constantly changing SaaS/Tech environments • Managed operations for a global workforce • Demonstrable AI use in ops work • Agreement with TryHackMe's performance-oriented culture and way of working • Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy • Willingness to work in a scrappy, detail-oriented, fast-moving environment
