📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end expert matching between clients and industry experts • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of expert insights • Coordinate between clients and experts across regions • Support clients with market research, industry benchmarking, and competitive analysis • Translate client requirements into structured research outputs • Provide clear and actionable insights to support decision-making • Support ongoing client engagement and project execution • Assist in managing client requests and ensuring smooth delivery of outcomes • Help maintain high client satisfaction and responsiveness • Collaborate with internal global teams to deliver projects • Coordinate across time zones and stakeholders • Support efficient execution of client deliverables in a remote setup

🎯 Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in consulting, research, recruitment, client servicing, or related fields • Strong proficiency in English (mandatory) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical thinking and research capability • Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, target-driven environment • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset • Interest in consulting, markets, and business strategy • Comfortable working across time zones and with global stakeholders • Central Time Zone preferred
