• Shape the direction and continued evolution of TwinStream’s products • Bring together customer needs, business opportunities, technical insight and delivery experience to create a clear product direction • Work across engineering, architecture, delivery, platform, service and commercial teams • Understand important problems, define desired outcomes and help teams make informed investment decisions • Champion reusable, configurable product capabilities over unnecessary customer-specific solutions • Make products easier to understand, adopt, deploy, operate, support and extend • Own and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmap • Translate customer, user, commercial and technical insight into prioritised product outcomes • Define product principles and guardrails • Monitor market, technology and competitor developments • Strengthen and differentiate TwinStream’s product proposition • Maintain understanding of customers, users, prospects and operational environments • Identify recurring customer needs that could become reusable core product capabilities • Support commercial and business-development activity with product positioning and roadmap context • Maintain USP in the Cross Domain space and SWOT analysis of the product • Maintain and adapt an outcome-focused roadmap • Balance customer commitments, future opportunities, security, product evergreening, technical debt, operational efficiency and risk mitigation • Prioritise investment and make transparent trade-offs • Ensure priorities, dependencies, assumptions and decisions are visible • Work with Product Oversight, delivery and engineering teams to clarify problems, outcomes and product context • Shape initiatives, epics and features without prescribing detailed technical solutions • Provide timely product decisions and remove delivery ambiguity • Encourage experimentation, iterative delivery and early validation • Ensure completed capabilities achieve intended customer and product outcomes • Protect product integrity and coherence across components, customers and implementations • Promote common patterns, reusable capabilities and standard approaches • Consider security, maintainability, usability, supportability, observability and operational cost • Champion automation, self-service and repeatable deployment and configuration patterns • Make product maintenance, lifecycle management and technical sustainability visible in prioritisation • Identify operational pain points for simplification, standardisation or productisation • Build trusted relationships across customers, engineering, architecture, delivery, platform engineering, service management and business development • Communicate product direction, priorities and decisions to technical and non-technical audiences • Facilitate discussions involving customer demand, delivery constraints and strategic priorities • Provide leadership with visibility of product progress, risks, opportunities and decisions • Create alignment without relying on hierarchy or excessive governance
• Must be UK-based • Eligible for DV clearance • Meet the UK Government's residency and right-to-work requirements associated with the required level of clearance • Experience working as a Product Manager, Product Owner or comparable product leadership role • Experience within the cyber security domain, ideally with exposure to cross-domain environments • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and prioritisation approaches • Experience managing platform, infrastructure or technically complex software products • Strong understanding of outcome-focused and user-centred product management • Ability to understand complex customer and operational problems • Experience turning customer-specific requirements into reusable product capabilities • Understanding of product lifecycle management, technical debt and software evergreening • Confidence working with software engineering, architecture and delivery teams • Ability to make balanced decisions when evidence is incomplete or priorities conflict • Strong stakeholder-management, facilitation and communication skills • Experience translating between customer, commercial and technical perspectives • Collaborative approach enabling teams to make good decisions rather than directing all detail • Ability to communicate difficult prioritisation decisions clearly and constructively • Experience with enterprise, government, defence or other highly regulated environments would be useful • Understanding of secure software delivery, DevSecOps, cloud platforms or service operations would be useful • Familiarity with product discovery, service design or user-research techniques would be useful • Experience using evidence, metrics and feedback to assess product performance would be useful • Experience working across multiple delivery teams or product components would be useful
