📋 Description

• Own Virtual Agent deployments end to end, from kickoff through a live and adopted automation • Set deployment plans, align operations, IT, executives and customers, and hold stakeholders accountable • Discover undocumented operational processes, including volumes, exceptions, judgement calls and unwritten decisions • Document SOPs and turn operational knowledge into clear, agreed engineering scope and requirements • Advise customers on what to automate, sequencing and explicit trade-offs • Partner with Implementation Engineers on technical design, integrations, access, data and feasibility • Define success metrics, capture customer baselines and lead pilots into production services • Convert deployment learnings into playbooks, reusable patterns and product requirements • Work with product and engineering to build and mature the AI Deployment function

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in management, technology or transformation consulting, implementation or professional services • Experience at AI Deployment Lead, Engagement Manager, Project Leader or equivalent level, owning a programme end to end • Experience running engagements rather than only staffing them • Experience working inside complex, messy, undocumented and internally contested operations • Ability to turn operational processes into structure that technical teams can act on • Ability to manage several deployments simultaneously with competing priorities and multiple stakeholder groups • Technical fluency in integrations, access, data and feasibility; coding is not required • Strong stakeholder presence with operations teams and executive steering groups • Ability to handle objections and organisational resistance to automation • Highly analytical, ruthlessly organised and detail-oriented • Highly autonomous and entrepreneurial in an environment where the playbook is still being written • Big Four or MBB consulting background is nice to have • Experience implementing SaaS or AI products is nice to have • Intelligent automation or RPA delivery experience is nice to have • Experience with insurance, healthcare or another regulated operational environment is nice to have • Startup or high-growth company experience building processes from scratch is nice to have
