β€’ The Senior Client Success Manager (sCSM) is responsible for driving measurable value, retention, and growth across a portfolio of strategic clients. β€’ This role partners closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to shape account strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and ensure clients achieve clear business outcomes. β€’ The sCSM operates as a trusted advisor, using insight and strong judgement to anticipate risk, unlock opportunity, and lead structured, executive-level engagements.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role. β€’ Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders, including facilitating structured, outcomes-led conversations. β€’ Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into insight, insight into recommendation, and recommendation into action. β€’ Proven track record of improving portfolio health, retaining revenue, and identifying growth opportunities. β€’ Excellent written communication skills, including concise executive briefs and clear documentation. β€’ High standards for operational rigour, including planning, pre-briefing, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management. β€’ Strong judgement and adaptability, with evidence of testing, learning, and pivoting to deliver outcomes. β€’ Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
