β’ 5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role. β’ Demonstrated ability to operate as a trusted advisor with senior stakeholders, including facilitating structured, outcomes-led conversations. β’ Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to turn data into insight, insight into recommendation, and recommendation into action. β’ Proven track record of improving portfolio health, retaining revenue, and identifying growth opportunities. β’ Excellent written communication skills, including concise executive briefs and clear documentation. β’ High standards for operational rigour, including planning, pre-briefing, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management. β’ Strong judgement and adaptability, with evidence of testing, learning, and pivoting to deliver outcomes. β’ Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing without direct authority.
