πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Internal SME of CRM-related systems β€’ Responsible for all data and compliance activities across CRM systems β€’ Supporting the CRM team with troubleshooting, training, and complex journey builds β€’ Managing new IP warm-ups β€’ QA for all data-related changes and system updates β€’ Monitoring all customer interactions β€’ Troubleshooting automation, journey, and HTML rendering issues β€’ Developing new HTML modules β€’ Work on launching SMS and potentially WhatsApp within SFMC β€’ Working cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to deliver effective, timely campaigns β€’ Developing and managing campaign audiences

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Either Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign working experience β€’ Strong data skills, including SQL and data quality control β€’ Good working knowledge of HTML for email β€’ Strong working knowledge of JavaScript β€’ Understanding and ideally exposure with APIs and working with JSON Objects β€’ Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements at short notice in a fast-paced environment β€’ Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and under pressure, to deliver results for stakeholders β€’ Commercially minded, data-literate, and highly analytical, with the ability to use raw data to generate insights and inform decisions
