β’ Internal SME of CRM-related systems β’ Responsible for all data and compliance activities across CRM systems β’ Supporting the CRM team with troubleshooting, training, and complex journey builds β’ Managing new IP warm-ups β’ QA for all data-related changes and system updates β’ Monitoring all customer interactions β’ Troubleshooting automation, journey, and HTML rendering issues β’ Developing new HTML modules β’ Work on launching SMS and potentially WhatsApp within SFMC β’ Working cross-functionally with Analytics, Product, and Technology teams to deliver effective, timely campaigns β’ Developing and managing campaign audiences
β’ Either Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign working experience β’ Strong data skills, including SQL and data quality control β’ Good working knowledge of HTML for email β’ Strong working knowledge of JavaScript β’ Understanding and ideally exposure with APIs and working with JSON Objects β’ Experience managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements at short notice in a fast-paced environment β’ Ability to work to tight deadlines, both independently and under pressure, to deliver results for stakeholders β’ Commercially minded, data-literate, and highly analytical, with the ability to use raw data to generate insights and inform decisions
