• 5–10+ years of SaaS enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of quota attainment. • Demonstrated success with both acquiring new enterprise customers and managing/expanding large accounts (10,000+ employees). • Experience closing complex, high-value enterprise deals and managing multi-million-pound books of business. • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (ideally MEDDPICC). • Background in MarTech or CX solutions is a strong plus. • Excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills. • Customer-first mindset, with the patience and persistence to navigate long sales cycles. • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Native German speaker • Ability to travel 50% of time
