📋 Description

• Act as Technical Support for ECI reactive / maintenance issues • Support technical ECI due diligence, feasibility studies, and options assessments • Draft supporting documentation for new technologies • Monitor KPI progress and manage complete vs incomplete tickets • Escalate high-risk issues if not timely addressed • Ensure PPM schedule is uploaded and reviewed timely • Provide weekly reporting on completed vs outstanding ECI work • Maintain continuous improvement activities for ECI FSM platform • Provide Technical Support and fault finding for Network and PLC Systems • Manage Software Maintenance Support for Site Operations Scada Systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Robotics Engineering, or similar discipline • HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant field • Proficiency with industrial control systems including Allen Bradley, Siemens Rockwell, Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or equivalent platforms • Strong competency with Microsoft/Google spreadsheets, documents, Gantt charts, and presentation software • Excellent negotiating, networking, and influencing abilities • Ability to conduct technical optioneering and identify technological solutions for operational challenges • Demonstrated ability to identify, develop, and implement solutions to enhance industrial contracts and improve performance
