📋 Description

• Plan and execute structured change management activity across large-scale transformation programmes • Embed new ways of working and ensure change lands effectively and sustainably • Work closely with senior change leads, programme teams and business stakeholders • Support rollout of new digital services through change impact assessment, training needs analysis and stakeholder engagement • Embed new ways of working in response to evolving data, technology and compliance requirements • Help organisations adopt agile and product-led ways of working through new governance, team practices and capability building • Plan and align change activity to programme milestones, releases and deployment waves • Execute knowledge transfer, structured knowledge management and handover into Managed Services • Establish and manage change networks to drive adoption and two-way engagement • Define and track change and adoption metrics to evidence readiness and sustained adoption • Link change outcomes to measurable benefits, including efficiency, productivity and improved ways of working • Assess business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefits realisation

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering business change within large, multi-pillar transformation programmes • Ability to work effectively across multiple workstreams • Ability to plan and align change activity to programme milestones, releases and deployment waves • Experience conducting structured Change Impact Assessments across processes, roles, skills and ways of working • Ability to translate Change Impact Assessment outputs into actionable change interventions • Experience with Training Needs Analysis and targeted stakeholder engagement • Experience maintaining integrated change plans aligned to programme delivery • Experience planning and executing knowledge transfer, structured knowledge management and handover into Managed Services • Ability to conduct stakeholder analysis, identifying impact, readiness and key risks • Experience delivering targeted stakeholder engagement strategies • Experience establishing and managing change networks, such as change champions and super users • Ability to define and track change and adoption metrics • Experience linking change outcomes to measurable benefits • Experience assessing business processes to identify efficiencies and support benefits realisation • Pragmatic and delivery-focused approach in complex, ambiguous environments • Collaborative approach and ability to build strong working relationships • Ownership and accountability for outcomes • Experience producing high-quality change artefacts, including impact assessments, change plans and adoption reporting • Certified practitioner in a recognised change management framework, such as ADKAR, ACMP, CMI, Kotter or Lean Change Management • Comfortable using Jira, Miro and Lucid • Desirable: experience establishing or working within change networks • Desirable: involvement in knowledge transfer and handover into Managed Services or BAU support functions • Desirable: experience in public or private sector multi-workstream transformation programmes
