📋 Description

• Lead and coordinate non-acute spend management activities through the account planning process • Develop and execute account plans and workplans aligned to client priorities and organizational goals • Build relationships with key client stakeholders and supply chain leaders across non-acute categories • Assess client processes and identify opportunities for improvement using discovery and data insights • Present data-driven recommendations to demonstrate value and influence client decision-making • Manage contracted Net Admin Fee and Gross Admin Fee performance and achieve territory goals • Identify and convert off-contract spend to on-contract opportunities to maximize value • Facilitate collaboration between client stakeholders and internal teams to execute strategic initiatives • Lead or support request for proposal (RFP) processes and project manage associated activities • Conduct business reviews to communicate performance, track progress, and drive action planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred • 5 or more years of relevant experience required • Experience in healthcare supply chain or spend management preferred • Strong relationship management and client engagement skills • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred • Strong project management and organizational skills • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across complex environments • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
