📋 Description

• Assist Product Managers in defining and maintaining product requirements, backlog items, defects, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Influence product roadmap execution through Voice of Customer, sales feedback, and market intelligence • Participate in product specification development, testing, validation, and New Product Introduction activities • Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Program Management, and Quality teams on development milestones and release readiness • Provide technical and commercial support to customers, distributors, and regional sales teams • Respond to technical inquiries • Lead customer engagements, technical presentations, and industry-event participation • Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, application notes, competitive analyses, and sales tools • Contribute to product launches and go-to-market activities with Marketing and Sales • Deliver product and application training to customers, partners, and internal teams • Maintain KPIs and project documentation • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives • Serve as a subject matter expert and technical adviser across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Application Engineering, and customers • Mentor team members and influence product development and direction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related technical field • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Technical Sales, Applications Engineering, Engineering, or a related field • Strong understanding of non-destructive testing theory and applications • Experience in product marketing • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a global cross-functional environment • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Self-driven with a concern for customer needs and satisfaction • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% • Holds or can obtain a valid passport • Must be a U.S. Person for export-control-restricted positions and able to provide valid proof of such status
