• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and nurture prospects through the sales process from discovery to closed won. • Prospect into the credit union and community bank industries. • Participate in industry trade shows and other events to enhance Geear’s visibility and attract new prospects. • Work a database of cold and warm prospects to convert them from a marketing qualified lead to a sales qualified lead.
• 4+ years track record of successfully prospecting, selling and closing new business sales OR 2+ years of B2B sales experience, selling complex business solutions • Highly competitive personality and a strong desire to win in everything you do • Demonstrated high level of emotional intelligence
