📋 Description

• Communicate Support Center initiatives, brand priorities, operational focus areas, studio-specific plans, opportunities, goals, and progress to studio owners • Provide coaching and follow-up on agreed action plans • Participate in conference calls, meetings, forums, weekly updates, monthly calls, open office hours, and regional meetings • Lead regional meetings and train franchise owners and managers on new tools, systems, and best practices • Manage a portfolio of 5–15 franchise owners and managers • Review business, financial, operational, and consumer feedback metrics with franchise owners • Identify root causes and build actionable improvement plans supporting revenue growth, profitability, member/guest experience, and operational effectiveness • Conduct regular business reviews, establish priorities and measurable goals, and follow up on action plans • Analyze business and operational metrics and translate trends into recommendations • Partner with Directors of Operations and Senior Director of Operations to align coaching priorities and support plans • Escalate material risks or opportunities as appropriate • Conduct studio visits and bootcamps to assess execution, reinforce brand standards, and provide hands-on coaching • Lead at least three in-person sales/customer service training sessions per month at franchisee locations • Collaborate with the Support Center to represent studio owners and develop, manage, and implement programs • Address ongoing questions and business needs for owners • Manage a personal work schedule focused on priorities, visibility, owner interaction, and timely regional results • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • At least three years of successfully supporting franchisees, working in a franchised business, or in a field operations position • Multi-unit management experience preferred • Experience with Amazing Lash Studio, Elements Massage, and the health and wellness industries a plus • Experienced and proven franchise operations consultant • Demonstrated superior leadership skills with a proven track record of coaching, collaboration, and mentoring • Experience supporting franchisees with a genuine passion for business coaching, developing actionable plans, driving accountability, and coaching for results • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills • Solid business acumen with excellent analytical and financial skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of group presentations • Strong influencing skills • Ability to build trusted relationships with franchise owners, hold owners accountable, identify opportunities, develop action plans, and maintain follow-through • Ability to lead implementation of key initiatives under tight deadlines • High attention to detail and ability to improve operational effectiveness • Ability to assess operations, programs, and staffing • Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment • Ability to remain confident and calm under stress and pressure • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and internet • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 75% • Valid driver's license and must be insurable on rental vehicles • Extensive travel by car and air, as well as weekend work • Personal credit card for use while traveling
