📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of Wilson EMEA business goals to build strong consultative relationships with regional leadership. • Provide strategic, analytical guidance on organizational initiatives, ensuring HR strategies align with and enable key regional business objectives. • Oversee HR, compliance, and talent initiatives in the EMEA region, including performance management, employee relations, and organizational development. • Coach managers on best practices for talent management, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture aligned with WilsonHCG DNA. • Lead or participate in special HR-related projects, acquisitions, and change management initiatives to support the growth and innovation of the EMEA business. • Develop partnerships with People & Culture shared services teams to optimize HR service delivery, systems, and programs in the region. • Compile regional workforce analytics and translate into actionable insights, trends, and recommendations for leadership. • Embody and promote Wilson's culture, values, and employee experience as a trusted advisor and influencer. • Ensure compliance with GDPR requirements related to HR data privacy and security. • Perform other duties as assigned to support the achievement of regional business goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience supporting a dynamic, fast-paced organization or industry in the EMEA region. • Expertise in employment laws, HR best practices, talent development, and culture building in EMEA. • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. • Leadership skills to influence and collaborate with all levels of management. • Excellent project management, communication, presentation and coaching skills. • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree or HRCI certification preferred. • Experience in staffing/talent acquisition industry a plus. • High level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality, maintaining the utmost professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive HR matters. • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR-related software tools such as Workday are highly preferred.
