📋 Description

• Coordinate onboarding, contractual changes, secondments, promotions, salary changes and leaver processes • Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, contract amendments and other employee correspondence • Maintain accurate, confidential and audit-ready employee records and HR systems • Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references, Right to Work and DBS checks • Monitor Right to Work re-checks, DBS re-checks for salaried staff and other regulatory obligations • Support sponsorship administration for new and existing employees in line with Home Office guidance and internal policies • Provide first-line support for People queries and escalate complex matters to appropriate People teams • Maintain accurate compliance and employee data • Collaborate with the People team and branches to deliver a consistent, professional and people-first service

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administration or coordination role • Understanding of Right to Work compliance and sponsorships • High level of written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Experience using in-house systems • Highly organised, methodical and confident approach • Ability to work independently and be solution-focused • Ability to align with and demonstrate the Group values • Engaging approach • Desire to support making CCH Group the best place to work in care
