📋 Description

• Conduct both on-site and virtual training for local companies • Work closely with Local Companies, Area Leaders, and Training Services to ensure desired performance outcomes • Train employees on WISE, WinZone and Winreports functions • Possess knowledge to train new president/managers and employees on various topics including WISE functions, reports, e.g. A Day’s Work in a Day (ADWIAD) • Work with local company in organization and/or setup of WISE data • Conduct various follow-up training activities with recently visited local company • Participate in in-person training events such as Annual Meetings, National Training, Regional Training, and MDTP sessions • Record training help videos and provide supporting help documentation • Create, maintain, and follow up help tickets for end users until their issue is resolved • Routinely work with Programming, Quality Assurance, and Support teams on various projects • Provide conceptual and strategic guidance to local companies • Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years working in the wholesale distribution industry • Ability to provide attention to detail, thoroughness, and ownership in all duties • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to work individually or as part of a team • Able to work in a fast paced/constantly changing work environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, or related experience • 3+ years of experience using the WISE ERP system
