• Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from requisition through offer acceptance • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies • Source, screen, and evaluate qualified candidates using a variety of recruiting channels • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs • Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations • Support offer development, background checks, and onboarding activities • Manage relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors • Analyze recruiting data and support process improvement initiatives • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written • Must be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality • Good ‘selling’ qualities • Ability to drive the recruitment process • Experience supporting recruitment within Clinical Operations or the clinical research industry • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 4 years of related recruiting or talent acquisition experience • Demonstrated core competencies required for the role including communication, organization, relationship management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Prior recruitment experience within a corporate or agency environment is considered an advantage • Experience working within Workday ATS, a plus
