⢠Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to identify potential opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team. ⢠Research prospective clients and gather relevant business information. ⢠Maintain and update CRM records with accurate prospect and client data. ⢠Build and manage lead lists through online research and database management. ⢠Track outreach activities and appointment-setting performance metrics. ⢠Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and other communication channels. ⢠Organize and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and sales-related documentation. ⢠Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business development initiatives. ⢠Ensure all prospect interactions are documented accurately within CRM systems. ⢠Assist with lead qualification and pipeline management activities.
⢠Previous experience in appointment setting, business development, lead generation, or sales support. ⢠Experience conducting outbound B2B cold calling. ⢠Strong verbal and written English communication skills. ⢠Professional and neutral English accent. ⢠Excellent research and information-gathering abilities. ⢠Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy. ⢠Experience working with CRM platforms. ⢠Proficiency with spreadsheets and data management. ⢠Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours. ⢠Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining organization and accuracy. ⢠Experience within mortgage, lending, banking, real estate, appraisal, title, escrow, or related industries is highly preferred. ⢠Experience supporting business development or sales teams. ⢠Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. ⢠Friendly, energetic, and professional communication style. ⢠Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. ⢠Comfortable handling high-volume outreach activities. ⢠Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
