📋 Description

• Design and implement document automation templates to support trading, reporting, and regulatory processes for global financial clients. • Collaborate with internal teams and senior stakeholders at Tier 1 investment banks to gather requirements, scope projects, and translate complex business needs into scalable automation logic. • Work hands-on with JavaScript and/or Python to build and enhance templates for different clients. • Analyze existing manual workflows to identify areas for process improvement, optimization, and automation. • Participate in complex automation projects, working alongside senior developers and project leads. • Maintain high-quality standards by adhering to JIRA workflows, SLAs, and internal development processes. • Communicate with clients under the guidance of a senior developer or team lead. • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all deliverables.

🎯 Requirements

• An academic background from STEM discipline • Strong understanding of financial concepts and genuine interest in capital markets. • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and logical thinking abilities. • Keen attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive attitude. • Excellent communication skills—ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely. • Basic familiarity or a willingness to learn coding/scripting (e.g., JavaScript or Python) is a plus—but not mandatory. • Familiarity with financial products or documentation (e.g., term sheets, confirmations) is an advantage but not required.
