• Establish and grow relationships with strategic accounts • Assist firms in developing their online strategies • Manage the pre-sales process and ensure commitments are delivered • Work as part of a coordinated sales team and collaborate with partners • Monitor strategic accounts progress through the sales cycle • Update CRM system with all client communications • Manage inbound sales calls and support Senior Account Managers to manage tickets

• Proven track record of hunting and managing strategic accounts • Deep understanding of accounting workflows and practice software • Ability to build quick, genuine rapport and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders • Collaborating to achieve monthly revenue and subscription targets • Clear and persuasive communication skills.
