📋 Description

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Analytics, Marketing, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to align initiatives • Maintain visibility into dependencies, timelines, priorities, and risks across teams • Identify and resolve team misalignment • Ensure stakeholders understand team activities and their connection to broader product and business priorities • Run and facilitate engineering Scrum ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives, and other working sessions • Ensure meetings produce clear decisions, owners, and next steps • Track blockers and risks through resolution • Establish a predictable operating cadence between Product and Engineering • Build, maintain, and improve the team backlog and roadmap with Product and Engineering leadership • Ensure work is prioritized, structured, and visible to stakeholders • Clarify committed roadmap work, future opportunities, operational improvements, and unscheduled backlog items • Identify dependencies, sequencing challenges, and resource conflicts before they affect delivery • Communicate changes to priorities, timelines, scope, and direction clearly and proactively • Provide context behind changes to support better decisions • Document and communicate important decisions and changes consistently • Identify recurring execution challenges, process breakdowns, organizational friction, and operational gaps • Work with leadership to identify root causes and define improvement strategies • Translate operational strategies into actionable team improvements • Continuously improve planning, prioritization, communication, and execution processes • Encourage accountability and drive problems toward resolution • Improve operational clarity and predictability across product development teams

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Operations, or a similar role within a technology or software organization • Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices • Experience managing product roadmaps, engineering backlogs, and cross-functional dependencies • Experience working in complex organizations with multiple teams and stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively across technical, product, creative, and business teams • Ability to facilitate discussions involving competing priorities or viewpoints • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, and timelines simultaneously • Strong attention to detail while maintaining awareness of broader strategic priorities • Ability to create structure where processes or responsibilities are not clearly defined • Proactive identification of risks, gaps, dependencies, and areas of confusion • Strong follow-through on decisions, commitments, and open items • Ownership of driving issues toward resolution • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes • Ability to balance immediate delivery needs with longer-term improvements to team effectiveness • Experience in gaming, payments, e-commerce, or technology platforms is a plus
