📋 Description
• Ensure every request from Affiliate and Vendor teams reaches developers clearly, is prioritized, and gets delivered • Monitor and triage approximately 120 Telegram chats, 100+ Teams threads, and a busy ClickUp board • Turn requests such as new offers, API integrations, and payment setups into clear, complete ClickUp tasks • Follow up with developers, remove blockers, and update commercial teams • Prioritize competing urgent requests neutrally
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years handling a high volume of requests, tickets or projects at the same time • Clear, concise written English • Strong organization and attention to detail • Available in US EST Time zone 9:00PM-5:00PM, Monday to Friday • Must be in Eastern Europe • Bonus: startup or small-company experience, ClickUp or Jira • No coding needed • eCommerce experience is not required; platform training provided
