📋 Description

• Join Zopa’s Treasury team and gain hands-on exposure across treasury activities • Work closely with experienced Treasury leaders • Own processes end to end • Manage daily MI covering Treasury activities • Support monthly ALCO packs and coordinate MI • Assist Treasury Managers in liquidity and funding activity • Manage Treasury cash balances • Support ongoing hedge portfolio management activities • Identify opportunities for process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working within a Treasury function in a bank or financial service environment • Excited to gain broad exposure across Treasury • Proactive, organised, and able to own tasks • Problem-solving and process improvement • Strong Excel and quantitative skills with attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple priorities • Strong relationship-building skills • Interest in AI tools for operational efficiency • Motivation for learning and development
