  • Avoid unprofessional photos (drinks, sunglasses, hats covering your face). They signal you may not be someone a recruiter wants to engage.

  • A blank/missing photo is also a mistake.

  • Use a clear, recent headshot (phone is fine):

    • Good lighting
    • Neutral background
    • Slight smile
