The About section is often read after your resume, use it to pull people in and show personality.
It can be more informal/conversational than a resume. Write in first person (“I did…”, “I manage…”).
You have about 2,500 characters: enough space to tell a fuller story.
Start with a hook about the challenges you solve, not a flat “I’m a people manager” opener.
Include a clear call to action for how to reach you.
