Ideal length is generally 1 to 3 pages.
One page works early in your career if you can be succinct with enough detail, don’t cut key achievements just to force one page.
Going to three or more pages can signal weak communication unless your career truly needs the space.
With a 20 to 30 year career, two pages is often hard. A third page can be okay if older experience is still relevant, otherwise cut early roles.
