📋 Description

• Help elevate the visual identity of 0x and Matcha across every touchpoint • Evolve the 0x and Matcha visual identity and brand guidelines • Design and maintain 0x sales enablement assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, proposal templates and partner kits • Design web pages for 0x and Matcha, including landing pages, product pages and comparison pages • Design social graphics for 0x and Matcha • Design campaign launches and major sales or industry moments from concept through final assets • Build brand and marketing templates and components for use across campaigns, social and sales materials • Stay current on crypto, DeFi and fintech design trends

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of brand design experience, including at least 1 year in crypto, DeFi or emerging tech • Portfolio of shipped brand work across web, social and sales materials • Track record of shaping and extending a visual identity • Strong typography and layout skills • Expert-level Figma skills, including building reusable templates and components • Fluency with AI design tools, and experience using them to raise both the speed and quality of your work • Experience partnering closely with marketing and sales teams, translating business goals into design • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions • Bias for action and ability to adapt quickly as priorities shift • Alignment with company core values • Ability to attend annual in-person team offsites around the globe • Nice to have: Experience building pages in Webflow, plus basic HTML/CSS • Nice to have: Experience taking a website redesign from concept to launch • Nice to have: Illustration and basic motion design skills • Nice to have: Experience designing for both B2B and B2C audiences
