• Evaluate Robertson Scholars applications using established criteria • Moderate interviews with scholarship candidates • Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency and fairness in selection • Utilize online platforms to manage application materials and interview logistics • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the selection process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is generally required • Experience in admissions, college counseling, human resources, recruiting, or leadership development • Strong reading and writing skills • Familiarity with online software platforms • Graduate degree strongly preferred • Prior experience with scholarship selection or interview facilitation • Must reside in the state of North Carolina • This is not eligible as a supplemental position for full-time Duke employees
