• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networks • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates • Review resumes, conduct introductory interviews, and pass potential candidates on to the assigned recruiter • Maintain relationships with potential candidates for specific positions and pipelined candidates and the recruiting team • Help develop talent pipelines and related lists • Locate ideal passive candidates, reach out to candidates, and provide recommendations to senior IT recruiters • Confidently determine if potential candidates match the technical and cultural requirements of each role
• Exposure to IT related jobs • Basic knowledge of Boolean strings and other searching techniques • Strong relationship-building and management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with a CMS- content management system (preferred) • Strong sense of accountability and ability to self-manage • Passion for meeting and exceeding goals • A sense of humor! • Recruiting experience (preferred) • Bachelors degree
