• You are responsible for the marketing strategy for both brands and will continue to build out our marketing engine. • Develop and implement the growth strategy across both brands together with David • Scale paid, content, creator, CRM and conversion efforts • Manage and evolve existing performance structures • Scale marketplaces & retail channels, e.g., Amazon, pharmacies and drugstores as new channels • Identify and test new growth levers • Expand cross-selling, funnel optimization and retention • Build and manage external partners and internal resources • Long-term: internationalization, new channels and team building
• Several years of experience in DTC, e‑commerce or growth marketing • Proven track record scaling a brand or digital business • Strong in both strategy and execution • Confident working with KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion • Entrepreneurial mindset, ownership and hands-on mentality • Very good German and good English.
