📋 Description

• Own the Superhuman experience across web, voice, and video • Define pre-call preparation, in-call assistance, interactive demos, screen sharing, and post-call follow-through • Own the Superhuman Console builder for personas, goals, ICP, knowledge, guardrails, preview, testing, and publishing • Drive self-serve activation from signup to the first live conversation without 1mind assistance • Improve onboarding, first-time user experience, templates, and out-of-the-box defaults • Build analytics and value-reporting dashboards covering pipeline influenced, meetings advanced, and deals touched • Own workspace-level and per-representative personalization • Surface shared customer context at the right moment across product surfaces • Ship weekly with design and engineering while coordinating enablement and Customer Success • Maintain the design quality bar for customer-facing surfaces with the conversational AI designer • Work with the Head of Product, conversational AI design team, and app engineering teams • Report to the Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience • At least 2 years on an AI-native product where the user-facing experience was the product • Experience owning a user-loved product surface at an AI-native or craft-first product company • Ideally, founder or early-startup experience • Experience building or owning a builder, editor, or configuration product • Experience improving signup, activation, time-to-first-value, and retention metrics • Technical understanding of prompts, context, configuration, model capabilities, and conversation traces • Ability to prototype with code or design tools • Clear technical and product writing • Nice to have: voice, video, or real-time conversational product experience • Nice to have: product-led growth and self-serve funnel experience • Nice to have: go-to-market domain experience • Nice to have: analytics, reporting, or dashboard product experience • Nice to have: enterprise app experience with admin surfaces, roles, permissions, and workspace management • Must be able to work full-time in the United States; sponsorship question is included in the application
