📋 Description

• Own onboarding for new GTM hires across sales and customer-facing roles • Build ongoing enablement programs as the product, market, and GTM motions evolve • Design enablement across pre-sales and post-sales to connect the customer experience through adoption and growth • Build customer education programs supporting customer adoption, expansion, and success with 1mind • Lead high-priority enablement programs from scoping through delivery and measurement • Deliver live and asynchronous training, including workshops, role plays, and certifications • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Product, and Marketing • Use AI to improve enablement quality and reach and help the GTM team work more effectively with AI • Measure ramp time, productivity, certification, adoption, and revenue impact and improve programs using insights

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or revenue enablement, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment • Experience building enablement programs from scratch and improving them as the business scales • Strong knowledge of adult learning and instructional design • Strong facilitation and communication skills with individual contributors and leaders • Comfort using AI in day-to-day work and curiosity about improving GTM and enablement with AI • Practical, data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness • Ability to move quickly and make progress as priorities change • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, conversation intelligence, and CRM platforms • Experience managing enablement content, knowledge bases, or content libraries, ideally in Notion or a similar CMS • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, or similar • Experience applying AI within sales or enablement workflows, supporting multiple GTM motions, or working in an early-stage or scaling company is a plus • Must be able to work full-time in the United States; job application asks whether sponsorship will be required
