📋 Description

• Book journal entries covering revenue and related accounts such as accounts receivable, allowance for doubtful accounts, deferred revenue, cash • Perform month-end reconciliations for revenue-related balance sheet accounts • Prepare month-end analysis of P&L and balance sheet account variances • Produce clear, well-structured documentation and memos • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in financial operations • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits • Execute on key internal controls • Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an accounting role, preferably at a SaaS company or at a public accounting firm • CPA or CA designation, or path towards such designation strongly preferred • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite) and advanced Excel skills • Experience working with Salesforce and/or Stripe is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize with minimal supervision • Passion for delivery of high quality work within stated deadlines • Interest in and passion for accounting profession
