📋 Description

• Month End Close – prepare and post journal entries to ensure financial records are properly stated in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); calculate, monitor, and adjust cost accruals; post and review services revenue; prepare reports to analyze and validate service revenue/cost; prepare monthly account reconciliations; other month-end responsibilities as assigned • Analysis and Support – validate and take action on unbilled/deferred revenue balances; partner with other members of accounting and operations to resolve billing/invoicing issues • Ad Hoc Projects – work with broader accounting and finance function to assist other processes as needed; perform and develop ad-hoc analysis and reporting to inform business decisions; participate in and drive process improvements; assist with external audit requests • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Required – 3 years relevant experience • Preferred – Undergraduate degree in Accounting, experience using ERP systems, advanced Excel skills
