📋 Description

• Support Account Managers with day-to-day project coordination and execution activities • Assist with project setup activities, including survey creation, Airtable setup, and workflow preparation • Maintain and update project tracking systems, reporting tools, and execution documentation • Assist with scheduling coordination, visit tracking, and execution visibility • Monitor project progress and escalate risks, delays, or completion concerns to leadership and Account Management teams • Support execution reporting, compliance tracking, and project status updates • Assist with tracking and coordinating break/fix, escalation, and revisit activity • Help ensure project documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date • Coordinate cross-functional communication related to project updates, field execution, and operational needs • Support onboarding and administrative setup activities for new projects and workflows • Assist with shipment tracking, inventory coordination, and execution follow-up where applicable • Partner closely with Operations, Audit, Scheduling, and Account Management teams to support successful project delivery • Assist in maintaining Airtable, Salesforce, and other project management systems • Support reporting setup and data organization across projects • Review project information for accuracy and completeness • Help maintain standardized project documentation and reporting workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of project coordination, account support, operations coordination, administrative support, or related experience preferred • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Ability to proactively identify issues and escalate concerns appropriately • Experience working within project tracking systems or workflow management platforms preferred • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel • Experience with Airtable, Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar systems preferred • Experience supporting retail execution, field operations, merchandising, client services, or operational workflows preferred • Highly adaptable with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
