📋 Description

• Monitor pharmaceutical and life-sciences news alerts • Review relevant articles, company updates, earnings-call information, and industry developments • Audit alert results for relevance and accuracy • Organize and maintain research findings • Flag meaningful developments for the internal team • Support recurring competitive intelligence research • Search and monitor clinical-trial databases • Review trial status, development activity, and relevant updates • Maintain organized records of active programs and trial information • Track developments across selected companies, products, or therapeutic areas • Escalate findings requiring deeper scientific or strategic review • Work within AlphaSense and GlobalData after client training • Maintain searches, alerts, and relevant research outputs • Use AI tools to summarize, organize, and accelerate research • Apply effective prompting techniques to research workflows • Verify AI-generated outputs • Support development of improved research workflows • Deliver defined services professionally according to agreed timelines, guidelines, and deliverables • Report to the designated point of contact, to be determined

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare or medical related background required • Research experience required • Strong attention to detail required • Strong written and spoken English required • Working knowledge of AI and prompting strongly preferred • Clinical-trial research or clinical-development experience strongly preferred • Pharmaceutical-company experience strongly preferred • Regulatory or drug-development experience strongly preferred • Cancer biology, biomedical research, or related life-sciences research experience strongly preferred • Pharmacy/pharmacist background considered • Pharmaceutical or medical sales representative experience considered • Healthcare background with meaningful exposure to pharmaceutical development considered • AlphaSense or GlobalData experience is a plus but not required • Analytical and highly detail-oriented • Comfortable working with scientific and pharmaceutical information • Able to independently execute from an established research plan • Strong research and information-review skills • Comfortable learning new databases quickly • AI-literate and interested in using AI to accelerate research • Able to distinguish meaningful developments from irrelevant noise • Organized and consistent with recurring monitoring work • Proficiency with clinical trial search/research platforms • Proficiency with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools • Microsoft Office knowledge • Availability for 20 contracted hours per week, Monday through Friday • English language proficiency; Level A-C accent preference • Must work under an independent contractor agreement / Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work
