📋 Description

• Edit raw property-tour, neighborhood, and community footage • Produce short-form reels and social clips • Produce longer-form YouTube content • Repurpose content across social platforms • Add captions, graphics, branding, and basic enhancements • Schedule and publish content • Maintain an organized content calendar • Format and publish client-provided or AI-assisted blog content • Add images, links, supporting assets, and internal links • Schedule website content and improve blog publishing consistency • Repurpose video topics into written content where appropriate • Maintain newsletters for different audience segments • Support communications with neighborhood contacts, past clients, agents, vendors, and referral partners • Maintain drip campaigns and recurring client touchpoints • Assist with AI-supported email workflows • Organize marketing activity across the client's approximately 17,000-contact database • Organize raw footage and marketing assets • Execute existing neighborhood-farming plans • Support community, sponsorship, event, and mailer campaigns as directed • Keep marketing tasks and campaigns moving according to schedule • Use AI tools to improve speed and productivity • Deliver defined services according to written timelines, guidelines, and deliverables • Report to a point of contact to be determined

🎯 Requirements

• Video editing experience required • Short-form and long-form content experience required • Social media management experience required • Canva or similar graphic-design experience required • AI-assisted content creation experience strongly preferred • Blog/content publishing experience preferred • Newsletter and email-marketing experience preferred • Real estate marketing experience is a plus • Basic SEO/internal-linking knowledge is a plus • Strong written English required • English language preference • Level A-C accent preference • Proficiency with Canva • Proficiency with Buffer or similar scheduling platform • Proficiency with WeVideo or similar video editing software • Proficiency with ChatGPT / Claude • Proficiency with Google Drive / Google Workspace • Proficiency with website / blog CMS platforms • Comfortable working independently after priorities are established • Availability for 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday • Work under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work as an independent contractor • No specific education credential stated
