📋 Description

• Conduct outbound cold calls to property owners using the provided lead lists. • Engage prospects in professional and productive conversations. • Identify property owners who may have an interest in selling. • Build rapport and gather relevant information regarding potential opportunities. • Maintain a high level of call activity during scheduled work hours. • Ask qualifying questions to determine seller motivation and interest level. • Identify potential opportunities based on the provided criteria. • Gather key property and owner information. • Escalate qualified leads to the business owner for follow-up. • Handle objections confidently and professionally. • Answer basic questions regarding the company and the outreach purpose. • Accurately enter call notes and prospect information into Google Sheets and CRM systems. • Submit daily activity reports summarizing calls completed, leads generated, interested sellers identified, and follow-up opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous cold calling experience required. • Prior real estate cold calling or lead generation experience required. • Strong verbal English communication skills. • Ability to build rapport and engage prospects over the phone. • Excellent objection-handling and conversational skills. • Quick thinker who can adapt during live conversations. • Strong organizational and documentation skills. • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. • Reliable and committed to a long-term working relationship. • Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, acquisitions, or investment firms preferred. • Experience using dialers and outbound calling systems preferred. • Familiarity with lead qualification processes preferred. • Experience working with remote sales or lead generation teams preferred. • Knowledge of property ownership research and real estate prospecting preferred.
