📋 Description

• Evaluate BI-related work products for accuracy, completeness, and professional quality • Assess whether analyses and reporting outputs appropriately reflect underlying data • Identify unsupported conclusions, analytical inconsistencies, reporting gaps, and data-quality issues • Review business metrics, trends, performance insights, dashboards, KPIs, reports, spreadsheets, documents, charts, tables, and slide decks • Evaluate dashboard structures, metrics, visualisations, reporting layouts, information hierarchy, labelling, and visual presentation • Assess performance reports, comparisons, trends, variances, calculations, assumptions, and performance indicators • Evaluate KPI definitions, calculations, analytical frameworks, interpretation, and alignment with business objectives • Review spreadsheet formulas, calculations, tables, quantitative outputs, organisation, readability, and usability • Assess visualisations for accurate communication, appropriate comparisons, clear labels, scales, hierarchy, and information density • Review BI reports and presentations for logical flow, clarity, decision usefulness, factual accuracy, analytical quality, aesthetics, formatting, and consistency • Distinguish substantive reporting issues from minor editorial concerns • Provide clear, structured written feedback explaining identified strengths and weaknesses • Apply evaluation standards consistently across BI and performance-reporting work products

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, performance reporting, data analysis, reporting analytics, or a closely related field • Experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, BI Developer, Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, Performance Analyst, or similar professional • Strong practical understanding of BI dashboards and performance reporting • Experience developing or reviewing dashboards, KPI reports, analytical spreadsheets, performance summaries, or related business intelligence materials • Strong ability to evaluate metrics, calculations, visualisations, and data-driven conclusions • Excellent quantitative and analytical judgement • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace • Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills • Native or professional fluency in English • Excellent written communication and ability to provide precise, structured feedback • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
