📋 Description

• Review physician and patient research surveys for clinical and therapeutic-area accuracy • Assess whether survey questions reflect real-world clinical practice • Identify inaccurate, outdated, ambiguous, or incomplete clinical content • Evaluate whether response options capture realistic clinical decisions and patient experiences • Provide clear recommendations for improving survey quality • Apply disease-area expertise to evaluate terminology, disease characteristics, treatment pathways, therapeutic options, and standards of care • Evaluate representations of diagnosis, treatment selection, sequencing, and ongoing management • Review symptoms, treatment burden, outcomes, and patient-experience content • Review materials involving prostate cancer, ulcerative colitis/IBD, migraine, and COPD where applicable • Collaborate with survey-methodology professionals where appropriate • Evaluate question wording, survey design, interpretability, and potential ambiguity • Provide evidence-based written recommendations to research and project teams • Distinguish substantive clinical issues from minor wording preferences

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience within a relevant therapeutic or clinical area • Deep understanding of disease management, treatment landscapes, and real-world clinical decision-making • Relevant professional background in medical affairs, clinical research, medical writing, life sciences or healthcare consulting, pharmaceutical research, healthcare insights or market research, scientific communications, or clinical practice • Strong ability to identify clinically inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated survey content • Experience with physician or patient market research is advantageous but not required • Experience designing or fielding pharmaceutical market research surveys is particularly valuable • Strong analytical judgement and written communication skills • MD or other clinical degree is welcome but not required • Relevant expertise in oncology, gastroenterology/IBD, neurology, pulmonology, or respiratory medicine is particularly valuable • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
