📋 Description

• Design realistic K-12 education scenarios involving curriculum design, instructional planning, special education, student support, assessment, standards alignment, school operations, family engagement, and district decision-making • Create tasks covering lesson development, differentiated instruction, standards-based teaching, IEPs, 504 plans, accommodations, assessments, school or district policy, budgeting, programme implementation, and stakeholder communication • Develop reference lesson plans, instructional materials, curriculum documentation, administrator-level analyses, communications, and authentic evaluation outputs • Evaluate instructional recommendations and AI-generated outputs for quality, practicality, student appropriateness, standards alignment, completeness, evidence support, and practical relevance • Develop expert-level rubrics distinguishing professional educational reasoning from generic pedagogical responses • Identify subtle reasoning errors, unrealistic recommendations, and missing student or stakeholder considerations • Provide clear written rationale supporting evaluation decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in K-12 teaching, instructional leadership, school administration, curriculum development, special education, or a closely related field • Experience within a public or private school, district office, or state education environment • Direct ownership of classroom instruction, curriculum programmes, IEP or special-education caseloads, or school and district initiatives • Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, assessment, differentiation, and student support • Familiarity with K-12 platforms such as PowerSchool, Canvas, Google Classroom, state assessment systems, or MTSS/RTI tools • Practical understanding of school operations, state standards, family engagement, and district-level decision-making • Ability to communicate complex educational reasoning clearly and precisely in writing • Experience developing curricula, evaluation rubrics, teacher-training materials, or educational documentation is advantageous • Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, student, school, institution, client, or other third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable for this engagement
