📋 Description

• Evaluate AI-generated responses to complex business strategy and consulting-style problems • Apply structured problem-solving approaches to ambiguous commercial scenarios • Assess recommendations, assumptions, evidence, and analytical completeness • Analyse business scenarios using qualitative and quantitative information • Evaluate market research, competitive dynamics, customer considerations, and commercial implications • Assess financial and operational evidence supporting proposed recommendations • Synthesize complex information into clear, decision-relevant conclusions • Write high-quality prompts based on realistic consulting and business scenarios • Develop model answers reflecting professional consulting standards • Create challenging tasks testing advanced business judgement • Assess the quality, structure, and completeness of AI-generated reasoning • Provide detailed written feedback on how responses can be improved • Identify analytical gaps and logical inconsistencies using structured frameworks • Work with project stakeholders as evaluation criteria and guidelines evolve • Incorporate feedback into prompts, reviews, and reference answers • Adapt to new business scenarios and analytical requirements • Communicate with project participants regarding ambiguous or complex cases • Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professional judgement • Complete work without using confidential or proprietary third-party information

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working at a top-tier or highly regarded management consulting firm • Relevant consulting experience at firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or comparable organisations • At least part of the relevant consulting experience gained within approximately the past 7 years • Strong expertise in structured problem solving and business analysis • Practical experience with strategy development, market research, and financial analysis • Strong stakeholder-management and client-communication skills • Excellent business writing and ability to communicate complex reasoning concisely • Strong analytical judgement and ability to synthesize large amounts of information • Excellent written English is required • Candidates based in English-speaking countries are preferred • Undergraduate degree from a highly ranked university is preferred
