📋 Description

• Create original multiple-choice questions in Norwegian across broad general-knowledge topics • Develop questions testing reasoning, applied knowledge, and subject understanding • Design realistic, appropriately challenging exam-style scenarios • Produce ten answer options for each question, identifying one correct answer and credible alternatives • Provide clear, structured worked solutions explaining the correct answer and reasoning • Review questions for factual, linguistic, and technical accuracy • Maintain consistent standards across assessment content and follow project-specific formatting and evaluation guidelines • Identify and correct unclear wording or ambiguity • Produce high-quality Norwegian-language content for AI evaluation

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant academic discipline • Approximately 2–6 years of professional experience • Broad general knowledge and strong analytical reasoning skills • Native-level Norwegian proficiency • Educated in Norway or currently based in Norway • Strong written communication and ability to explain complex ideas clearly • Excellent attention to detail and confidence working independently • Ability to develop challenging, original assessment content • Experience with education, assessment design, research, technical writing, or content evaluation is advantageous • Must work without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or third party • H1-B and STEM OPT support is unavailable
